We are a friendly and sociable chorus with over 60 members who always offer a hospitable welcome to all visitors, from home or abroad. We now celebrate over 30 years of singing Barbershop style music all over the South East of England and in Europe.
We always aim to improve the quality of our singing so we take seriously the craft of 4-part unaccompanied close harmony - but there is always a lot of fun and laughter on the way! under the able leadership of our Musical Director Peter Kennedy and his Assistants Colin Couves and Tim Sowter.
What we love to do is entertain. Our music committee have worked hard to put together a diverse repertoire of traditional and popular songs which is constantly changing. We are always working on something new to add, so there is lots of variety!
We have raised £20,641 in collections and donated fees for charities in the six years to July 2014. They are-
